ORDERING + SHIPPING
Miloh Fox ships worldwide.
We ship all orders out within 3-5 business days, unless it is a pre-sale item. We do not offer overnight or 2 day delivery. All orders shipped via USPS.
We ship anywhere in the US for a flat rate of $8.50. Standard delivery time is 3-10 days for domestic shipments. We do experience a slight delay in processing time during sale periods and holidays. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed during this time.
We offer a USPS international shipping flat rate of $20 which generally takes between 10-15 business days for delivery. However, dates for international orders cannot be guaranteed. International orders are subject to duties and taxes billed by your country's customs department upon arrival. Taxes, duty, customs tarrifs, and VAT are set by the destination country. Miloh Fox is not responsible for any of these fees that are applied to your package. Miloh Fox is legally required to declare all items at their full price and is unable to change their amount to decrease international custom fees. If the customer refuses a Miloh Fox shipment, they are responsible for the original shipping fees, as well as any import fees, and the cost of returning the package to Miloh Fox. We are not responsible for any charges, fees, taxes, or shipping costs for items that cannot be imported into your destination country.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, + EXCHANGES
Above all else, we value our customer service. If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you may return any UNUSED (meaning unworn, unsoiled or unaltered but possibly opened) merchandise, as long as the original tags and labels are still attached. All returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the product in order to be refunded. Because we are a small business, we do not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns.
To return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, and include your order number, what item you are sending back, and why. Your credit should appear on your next billing statement. Please allow 5-7 business days for receipt and processing of your return. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
